This is the official logo of the Catholic Archive.
The griffin was said to defend treasures found in remote areas. The purpose of Catholic Archive is to defend wonderful Catholic documents, books, and websites to defend them from censorship and extinction.
The griffins are blue and red because sadness and (just) anger are what we feel when our Catholic Faith is threatened and forgotten. Thay hold a feather and a sword because we need to defend our writings and doctrine with ardor, and if necessary, the sword.
It is cute that one has a stick (a stick is the way to win!) and the other is aware of the stick, and waits for the stick.
ReplyDeleteIs not a stick - it's a sword. :)
