The risk of being censored by the anti-catholic establishment is very real:
We know that large corporations and institutions have been overtaken by the woke religion, which is marxist, and has declared a war on all that is not a part of their imoral cult. The establishment has promised to censor anything it deems "hate speech" and "disinformation". If respected scientists, speakers, bloggers, philosophers, pop-culture itself, have been censored, the same can be feared of anything related to the Social Kingship of Christ.
The internet is a great source of content; there are few places where anybody can access thousands of Catholic books, documents, articles and resources: yet it is dependent on web servers, companies like At & T and browers like Google and Yahoo; therefore, at any moment, our beloved internet freedom can disappear forever, providing a great damage to unprepared souls.
Aware of the obligation to support the ignorant and defend Catholic Doctrine; and recognizing the threat of persecution, The Catholic Archivist wishes to promote, encourage and facilitate the practice of preserving Traditional Catholic articles, books and resources.
- Preserve Catholic books, articles and documents and share them with out readers free to download
- Share links to Catholic books which can be accessed free of charge online
- Share links to useful books which are being sold today
- Provide suggestions on how to preserve and save this documents
- Encourage the salutary practice of book collection by sharing screenshots of the contents we want to save
- Offering Book reviews
Hello Archivist,
ReplyDeleteI would definitely recommend looking through the likes of Project Gutenberg, the Internet Archive, and other public databases for public domain works that have been added.
For example, McHugh, O.P. and Callan, O.P.'s Moral Theology (with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur from 1958) located here in its entirety: https://www.gutenberg.org/cache/epub/35354/pg35354.html
Sincerely,
A Simple Man
Yes the Internet Archive is awesome, and so is Moral Theology by McHugh and Callan.
