With this method and with the Grace of God, I have preserved mote than 1000 pdfs. It is very simple to use.
How To:
1: Open the Article
2: Look for the Share Symbol.
3: Tap the Share Symbol and look for "Copy to Books"
4: You can also look for "Create PDF". Then you can either save directly to Files, by tapping "Save to Files" or Copy to Books.
If you have downloaded the Google Drive Application, you can store your pdf's there. It's a good way of downloading them since you can access them every time you open your account,
5: You can even tap "Add to Notes", which I don't recommend because a PDF is more versatile. as you can send it, edit it, and open it outside of your I Cloud account.
6. Let's say you want to avoid downloading the comment section and other aspects of the website design, and you want the text to look more neat. Tap the "Reader View" button in order to get a neater version. However, some old websites tend to crop part of the text in Reader View, so check everything has been preserved.
7: Wait until it is downloaded. Done
