You Can Upload using Google Docs.
In order to do this, you will need:
1: An I-Pad, I-Pad mini or other Apple dispositive with the applications "Google Drive" and "Google Docs" downloaded.
2: An Article or Book to Copy
3: A Computer, for example, a MacBook or a Lenovo. This way, editng and copying the article may be easier, however, it's use is entirely optional.
This is how you can archive with Google Docs
1:Copy your desired article and paste it on Google Docs. Links and Images may or may not be found in the Document, so please keep this in mind.
2: Now you can proceed to edit the copied article. Modify the size and type of the font, arrange the images, add the links, and make sure the spaces between the paragraphs are not too big. I have changed the color of the page, but this is not reccomended because it will make printing too difficult.
3: Once you have finished, you can say you're done, unless you want to share it.
How To Share the Google Docs Article
1: First you need to find the "Share and Explore" Option
Tap the symbol found in the top right
Then, you will be able to tap share and export
2: Once you have selected Share and Explore, you need to find "Send a Copy", marked by the symbol of an arrow. The app will then invite you to choose between PDF or a Word (docx.). I invite you to use a PDF because that way you can upload it to Google Drive and share it to other people online.
3: The application will ask you where will you send the PDF copy. Select the Google Drive Logo, and Upload.
4: Once you have uploaded it to Drive, open your account and look for the uploaded article. Select it, and make sure it is available to anyone with the link. To do this, you click the botton at the top right, you select the option "Share" and then you make sure the link is available to anyone.
Then, proceed to copy the link and share it to your fellow archivers.
